Nothing wrong with this near-perfect organic Pinot Noir from Roberto Echeverria Jr., who once worked with Niagara’s very own Thomas Bachelder to source Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sites across Chile. You drink it, it’s delicious! Very Pinot-y Pinot, if that makes any sense. 75% of the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, then bottled without fining or filtration. Nothing wrong with this near-perfect organic Pinot Noir from Roberto Echeverria Jr., who once worked with Niagara’s very own Thomas Bachelder to source Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sites across Chile. You drink it, it’s delicious! Very Pinot-y Pinot, if that makes any sense. 75% of the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, then bottled without fining or filtration. It’s juicy but not fruit-forward, slightly floral, firmly earthy with a perfect alignment of presence & power – tart cranberry, fleshy blueberries & sorrel sorbet with voluminous tannins and fresh acid that peeks out like “Hi! I’m here with a lemon-scented hot towel, you’re welcome.” Drink whenever, wherever, you’re meant to be together.
