A multi-pronged, TASTY, tart, weirdo-wonder that combines hops, rhubarb & grapes! FRUKTROCKET is a collaboration between Rocket Brewing and Fruktstereo, making spontaneously fermented fruit beers in Malmö, Sweden. This wild fruit beer is saison, fermented with fresh rhubarb and barrel aged red wine (a blend of punchy, spiced blaufränkisch, tart n’ tempting rotburger & aromatic, savoury pinot noir + lees) made by Claus Preisinger. FUN FACT! When the local rhubarb is ripe in May/June, they prepare the wort (a liquid solution of extracted grains, a sugar source which brewers create and then feed to beer yeasts), then blend and co-ferment everything, #PARTAYY. An intricate, earthy saison, with rhubarb tartness, elderberry florality & sturdy tannins from the red grape trifecta. Open with your teeth and pass the bottle around while watching a pickup soccer game.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
