This ‘GLUP’ is 30% whole cluster (floral and fruity) cinsault, with 18 days of maceration where it saw consistent pump overs, which kept this gluggable guppy richly aromatic & swift on its toes. A house of light-berried fruit, like raspberry, strawberry and cherry, built up on a foundation of spikey spice, herb crackles & grazing minerality. Pour alongside rainbow coloured anything, cupcakes, socks or sky!
