Longaví is a project by two friends – David, an enologist from South Africa and Julio, a Chilean winemaker. They work to reflect the deep diversity of Chilean wines, while keeping their personalities shining. This ‘GLUP’ is 100% fragrant moscatel (aka muscat) that was fermented on skins for six months to extract a woven basket of texture to catch all the ripe fruits in. Yellow in colour with golden edges, lychee, elderflower, mandarin, Sichuan peppercorn, wild mint & citrus concentrate. Pour alongside grilled octopus with lots of herbs.
