Break out the decanter for this dark-hued beauty, which may drink a touch shy but with some air, will unfurl before your very eyes. Made solely in tank and bottled without fining, filtration or sulphites, this showcases Tempranillo’s depth while putting freshness at the forefront. Cherry pit, saddle leather and dried herbs on the nose with notes of game charred on an open flame, black pepper, hand-rolled cigarettes, eucalyptus candle, cowboys at night & the bitter woody-graphite aroma of a fresh HB2. For a serious wine, elicits such a warm, loosey-goosey feeling in the enjoyer – pair with that frozen Pied de Cochon tourtière you’ve been saving for a special occasion.
