Khush is named after the Hindi word for ‘happy’ and we are nothing but smiles here! This pandemic project has produced some really stellar wines, including this bright & cheery bubbler. Nupur named it ‘Sartre’ after having an anxiety-fuelled dream of showing up to her Master’s of Wine exam and discovering a new style of rosé on the flight called ‘sartre’ so she faced her fears IRL and brought it to life. Wild, fresh and free - semi-disgorged and beyond juicy. Fresh strawberries, down by the bay watermelon, pink grapefruit sparkling soda and an earthy herbal finish to keep us grounded.
