Like waking up with a beam of light on your face, the luminous and eager hand of time saying, “Good day to you!”. Winemaker Jean-Marc Grussaute studied oenology before joining his mother on their family’s 9ha of gently rolling vineyards. Organic vines ranging form 10-80yrs old and including – zesty Gros Manseng (50%), best-kept-secret Petit Manseng (35%), and honeyed Courbu (15%) made in a dry style. 2/3 of the grapes are directly pressed into barrel and 1/3 undergo skin contact for 3 days. Followed by fermentation in 225L barrel (5% new oak) and 2,500L foudres. Straw yellow, aromatic & intense, ocean shoreline florals and grasses, truffle honey, Fuji apple ice cream on Granny Smith apple pie with Red Delicious apple chips for dipping. Enjoy with the faltering sun & this wine will surely light the way.

Free Pickup is available at our shop, any day that we are open. Find our current operating hours here. 

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays. 

If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.

For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.

We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.

*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
