Making low intervention wine with hybrids and regional grapes in Vineland, ON, we encourage you all to keep your eyes on these folks. FUN FACT! Vitis Labrusca is a grapevine species that originated in North America and is the parent to many tasty grapes, including one used here, CONCORD. This bottling is the first of many iterations to come that will showcase the potential of the under appreciated hybrids that have captured their hearts and dreams! A blend of highly aromatic and tart concord (79%), with honeyed and mineral vidal (21%) macerated on skins for a precious-gemstone-esque hue. Big schnoz-full of flowering clover, buckwheat groats, stumbling across a wild blueberry patch, red liquorice wrapped bubbles, honey & tea time with cherries jubilee chased down by full-pulp red currant lemonade.
