Delicate fruit is the star of this expression, with balanced acidity from that higher elevation and racing tannins that provide backbone and take up delicious space. Black cherry, stones, woody undergrowth, blackberry, olives, walnuts, pine frond & slippery rosemary grip tannins. Enjoy with an early spring stew and a baggy sports jacket.
