A concentrated, herbaceous and mineral red-white global ICON to drink on the first day of spring! Brand new from GW Imports, brothers Charles and Guillaume make scrumptiously southern wines from regional vines and gentle land stewardship. The pair were influenced by the Japanese farmer and philosopher, Masanobu Fukuoka, and from the vineyards to the cellar, low to no intervention is the name of the game. The ‘Prime’ blends aromatic, berried cinsault (50%) that saw five days of skin contact with direct pressed, tart, verdant white grape clairette (50%), which together were left for three months in tank and bottled young to CAPTURE the energy of the season with extreme and delectable urgency! FUN FACT! Charles and Guillaume shared that this vintage is a little more full bodied than normal and we are SO INTO IT! Overripe strawberries, black cherry fruit rollup, green herby bitters, a mouth-filling fluffy cloud texture, river minerality & blue ring pop.
