A relatively new operation, the idea behind Domain Boucabeille was to use vines replanted on the very hillside (or terraces) where, for centuries, the best wines in the region originated. The farming here is organic and the winemaking is non-intrusive. A blend of 70% pinot-noir-esque grenache & 30% powerful syrah. Warm pink with orange inflections, raspberries, crunchy strawberry, acidity, suave tannins & some spice to keep us interested. Enjoy with starter salads, roasted vegetables or on a wide-stripe throw in the grass.
