Scientific, spiritual & wholly talented, Dominique uses pendulums to gauge the evolution of her vineyard & cellar – explaining that the pendulum changes its natural rhythm based on the energy emitted from a living being, whether person, vineyard, or wine. A nervy Pinot flushed with veins of salinity.
