Malbec, Valee de Uco, Argentina
The drinkable version of Pink Elephants on Parade from Dumbo. Argentina born winemaker Gabriel Dvoskin was a journalist and musician, travelling Asia and Europe before finding his passion for wine. After working as a vineyard hand at wineries in the Rhône and Burgundy, he returned to Argentina in 2007 to find his own plot on calcareous soils that was suitable for organic and biodynamic agriculture. FUN FACT! According to ancient Greek myth, Nox (or Nyx) is the goddess of the night, she arises before everything began. From 20 year old dark-fruited malbec vines grown at a high altitude, the grapes were pressed without skin contact to create this delicate & dry rosé pet nat. Strawberry patch, blood orange pith, jagged rocks, grapefruit oils & zipping around the city on your noble bicycle. Enjoy as an aperitif before a night out with your fellow pachyderms!
