Made in a dry, richer style, this bright & punchy rosé was made with reserve wine from 2016 and was aged for an extra-long four years on the lees for extra-creamy oomph. Tart cranberry, tangerine zest, orange blossom oil, candied ginger & a whiff of star anise with a rich, mascarpone finish. Proving that rosé isn’t all fun & frivolity, this couples-sized Champagne is a perfect two-and-a-half glasses of childlike grin.
