The grüner sees 16 days of skin contact and 16 months on the lees churning texture over aromatics again and again. Savoury resonance, liquorice fronds, white tea, citrus zings, gooseberry, salty pear nougat & fresh elderflower. Enjoy with a myriad of soft cheeses & even softer light.
