Like when your favourite luxury house does a Supreme collaboration, this energetic & mineral-driven white is just a tiny bit off-kilter & completely of-the-moment delicious. 10 months in old oak with a touch of sulphur and no fining or filtration. Rich yellow fruit, gooseberry spritzer, dried apricot, quince preserve, lemon curd, yuzu kosho, saltwater gargle and wild, electric acid with a smart, snappy finish.
