Jean-Paul Brun makes a sincere, straight-forward style of Gamay that draws from the traditional winemaking practices of the past. His wines are low-intervention, made with minimal “winemaking” (that is, manipulations in the winery), natural yeasts and minimal sulphur to express the true character of the fruit, emphasized here over weight. Grown from 20 year old vines on a single vineyard, this light-bodied and dark-fruited organic Beaujolais is unfussy but built with a Burgundian-esque balance well beyond its price point. Ripe cherries, thyme, cooked wildberries and a whiff of white peppercorn get a refreshing lift from bright acid followed by fine, featherweight tannins. Drink on Drag Race night with a big ‘ole bowl of Ms Vickies as the Good Lord RuPaul intended.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
