A lip-smacking, gluggable red-white blend from a Sicilian sweetheart. Winemaker Dario Serrentino’s 23 hectares of salt-sodden countryside is exquisitely suitable for growing his beloved local varieties. Here, the groves of ancient olive and almond trees break the wind off the sea, exhaling their cooling effect on the grapes. A relatively new addition, 'Tutto' is a vibrant co-ferment of red and white grapes, containing a little of all (i.e. ‘tuttu' in Italian) the grapes that Dario works with – primarily bold and bursting nero d'avola, with nutty and citric grillo, floral insolia, spiced frappato & tropical leaning catarratto, all co-fermented for 10 days. Kirsch freezie top notes, guava, splintered wood, feijoa, blood plum, dark green earthy stank, herb brine & corse grind sandpaper tannins. Pour for your friend that hasn’t been on a vacation in FAR too long.

A lip-smacking, gluggable red-white blend from a Sicilian sweetheart. Winemaker Dario Serrentino’s 23 hectares of salt-sodden countryside is exquisitely suitable for growing his beloved local varieties.
