Co-fermented BRIGHT vidal with Niagara peaches & the added intricacy of a (heavy) sprinkle of citrusy-sumac. Bottled before the primary fermentation is complete to capture the carbon dioxide and produce all those bubbles (#petnatforever). Apple medley, d’Anjou pears, Tim Hortons peach drink, scratch-on-the-back texture & sour lemoncello snow cone. Chill wayyy down to avoid creating your own personal splash zone!
