Wavy Wine was born from friends turned co-winemakers Eliot Kessel and Jude Zasadzki’s deep desire to hold onto summer, and have been a welcome addition to the new-cali wine scene. ‘Calfornia Wine Cooler’ is the baby bear to ‘LS Gris’s' mamma bear, and an ode to the lower ABV concoctions of wine’s yesteryear - it’s a fresh 9.7%! After the tanks were drained of free-run juice, water is added onto the leftover pinot gris and chard skins, seeds and stems to continue their fermentation for a few more days, collecting prickly tannins and energetic acid. Dense, fizzy mai tai, pineapple patch, mango cheek, nectarine & citrus plunges. Enjoy with macaroons, macarons or macaroni.
