For the first time in Ontario, Corentin Houillon’s zero-zero bottles of pure alpine bliss are here to knock your extreme-hiking boots off, just like they did ours back in February of 2023 when we visited his serene property. Fermenting away in Chautagne, a small Jurassic valley in the northern Savoie mountains, Corentin’s wines are about precision, terroir & pristine farming. FUN FACT! Veronnet is the old name of the estate, this wine meant to be a liquid summary of what they’re all about. This electric blend of local varieties includes (60%) fragrant altesse to (40%) mineral-driven jacquère, aged on lees in concrete to build texture and plot. Mountain spring water, aniseed, tigernut-milk, lithe white peach, the sensation of a sugar cube melting on your tongue, thinned lemon cordial, mild herbs & a creeping crescendo of acidity. Enjoy with an herb-packed wild mushroom galette.

For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
