Brothers Gabriel and Simon Scheuermann have been making wines since 2009, taking over the family vineyard at the spry ages of 16 and 19 (!!), with Simon focused on farming & Gabriel on the cellar. Cultivating around 30 hectares of vines which they’ve converted entirely to biodynamics (certified since 2012), they sell most of their grapes, keeping only the best plots for their own wine production. A heavy focus on chardonnay, weissburgunder, spätburgunder and riesling, each cuvée feels like an additional sibling the brothers have learned from, watched change & grown up alongside. Their mission: to protect and preserve their most valuable commodity, the soil, giving their vines a healthy, diverse environment to flourish within. We are so excited for the present and future of these wines, and don’t get us started on the deliciousness of their 1 L rieslings that are still never enough!
