One of the rising stars of the Canadian cider landscape is Sourwood. Founded by Jake Foley and based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Sourwood works with local Annapolis Valley fruit to make the most delicious dry cider and cider-adjacent beverages. We really think Jake and Sourwood are the next big thing in Canadian fermentation and love his locally-minded perspective.
