Bobinet was formed in 2002, when 8th generation vigneron Sebastien Bobinet purchased a tiny 1.8 hectare vineyard and ancient limestone cellar from his grandparents. Organic since the start, he was determined to make the type of evocative, dynamic natural wines he loved. Before making wine, Emeline was a professional dancer. After an injury, she trained as a sommeliere and found herself working for a Paris wine shop. On a year-long trip to discover the regions and grapes of France, she fell in love with the Loire and with Sebastien. Now, Emeline makes the Domaine’s sought after selection - the first female winemaker in the family’s 8 generations. Truly joyful people making a tight range of knock out wines. These are all sooooo delicious and it is a damn dream to bring them to you.
